I’m an integrative psychotherapist with 25 years of experience. I specialize in supporting people suffering from anxiety, stress, the effects of trauma, and relationship struggles. I offer phone and virtual therapy for people in Minnesota and Florida.

Our sessions are a calm, collaborative space where you’re met with full attention. I listen to your words, but I’m also tuned into the way your body protects you and the deeper patterns shaping your experience.
