Isleep Easy Free This free app has guided sleep relaxation exercises that can help you let go of worries about sleep by allowing yourself to enjoy "putting away the thoughts of the day." When my kids were younger they found this helpful and would ask to listen to "the sleep lady", their nickname for the narrator.
