Self-Love and Confidence Group for Women

This structured 8 week program is for women who want to practice self-acceptance, let go of perfectionism or self doubt, and become more couragious and confident. We will learn together, practice using tools for self care, support one another in the process, and have fun!

The program involves education, direction, tools and experiential opportunities to support you. As we practice acceptance and kindness, adopt a growth mindset, take brave steps, and encourage one another in the group, we simultaneously develop our capacity to offer the compassion toward ourselves. 

This group meets online on Thursdays from 7pm - 8pm, central time.
